What does booking cost?
₹49 for most doctors, paid to Firstcure over UPI when we call to confirm. A few doctors have a different booking fee — whatever it is, you see the exact amount on the booking screen before you tap confirm.
Is the doctor's fee separate?
Yes, completely. The consultation fee is set by the doctor and paid at the chamber on the day, in cash or UPI. Firstcure never collects it and takes no share of it. You will see both amounts, separately, before you book.
Why is there a booking fee at all?
The booking fee is what Firstcure charges to hold your slot and confirm it with the clinic. The doctor's consultation fee is separate and is paid at the chamber.
Who calls me, and from what number?
Someone from Firstcure calls within 2 hours, between 9 AM and 8 PM. The call comes from +91 7002621963.
The UPI ID is always firstcure@upi. We will never ask for an OTP, a PIN, a card number, or the doctor's consultation fee. If anything differs from this, hang up and call us on +91 7002621963.
Is the booking fee refundable?
The ₹49 booking fee is non-refundable once your appointment is confirmed, whether or not you attend. If the doctor is unavailable or the clinic cancels, we refund it in full to the same UPI ID within 3 working days.
What if the doctor is unavailable?
Doctors are sometimes called away at short notice. If your appointment cannot go ahead we tell you as soon as we know, help you rebook, and refund the booking fee in full.
How do I cancel?
Open My bookings and cancel there, up to 2 hours before your appointment. After that, call us on +91 7002621963 and we will do what we can. Cancelling frees the slot for somebody else.
How long is my slot held before I pay?
6 hours. If we cannot reach you in that time the hold expires and the slot goes back to other patients — you can always book again.
Do I need an account?
No. Book with your name and mobile number. To see your bookings later, enter that number and any of your booking codes — there is no password to remember.
