Plain language, because you should not need a lawyer to book a doctor.
What we collect
Your name and mobile number, and optionally your age, gender and a short note about why you are visiting. That is all we ask for, and we ask for it only so the clinic knows who is coming and we know whom to call.
What we do not collect
No medical records, test results, prescriptions or diagnoses. Firstcure is a booking service and has no clinical information about you. We also never ask for a card number, a UPI PIN or an OTP — anyone who does is not us.
Who sees it
The Firstcure team, to call and confirm your booking, and the clinic you booked with, so they can expect you. Nobody else. We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing messages.
Payments
The booking fee is paid by UPI directly to firstcure@upi. We store only the reference number the payment produces. The doctor's consultation fee is paid at the clinic and never passes through us.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records so you and the clinic have a history of your appointments. Ask us to delete your details and we will, except where we have to keep a payment record.
Getting your data removed
Call +91 7002621963 or email firstcure393@gmail.com from the number you booked with, and we will remove your details.
