- You pay the ₹29 booking fee over UPI to firstcure@upi. Check this ID matches what the caller reads out — if it does not, hang up and call us on +91 7002621963.
- Your appointment is confirmed, and you pay the doctor's consultation fee at the clinic on the day.
The ₹29 booking fee is non-refundable once your appointment is confirmed, whether or not you attend. If the doctor is unavailable or the clinic cancels, we refund it in full to the same UPI ID within 3 working days.
