Product Exchange Policy

  • We strive to ensure that your order is delivered in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive a wrong or damaged product, we offer product exchanges subject to the availability of the unboxing video of the wrong or damaged product.
  • To initiate a product exchange, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the unboxing video as proof of the issue.
  • Once we have reviewed the video and confirmed the problem, we will arrange for the exchange of the product at no additional cost to you.
  • Refund is not applicable
  • #Delhi NCR – 2 to 3 working days
    #Zonal area 3 to 5 working days
    Hill station/out areas 3 to 7 working days
  • The shipping charge for the sample product is 100 rupees

We currently ship to addresses within India. Unfortunately, we do not ship to international destinations at this time.
